Car accidents: Crash injures 2, kills 1 in Massachusetts

A collision can take place at virtually any moment and dealing with the fallout of a crash can be a scary and intimidating process. While in some cases, car accidents may do little more than leave those involved shaken up or unnerved, each incident runs the unfortunate chance of leaving those involved with severe or even permanent injuries. A 40-year-old man has died and two others remain hospitalized with injuries following a recent collision that occurred in Massachusetts.

Dangerous truck accidents have many different causes

Large commercial trucks play an important role in national commerce. There are not many ways to move large amounts of goods from distant points into communities all throughout the nation. Worcester residents may see semis, tankers and cargo trucks each day making deliveries to their favorite stores and markets.

Surgical mistakes are common, but preventable

Surgical procedures do not come without risks, and before a patient is subjected to a potentially invasive procedure, they must be informed of just what could happen, if complications arise during surgery. When a Massachusetts resident agrees to surgery, they should know what will be done, what medical problems the surgery will fix and what dangers they may face with or without the procedure. They do not agree to accept the risks of medical teams that are negligent or fail to meet their duties of care.
